This Week’s Foodbank Needs
Dear friends
Thanks as always for your wonderful support. Just a reminder that we will be closed on Thursday 2nd June for the Bank Holiday and re-open again on Monday 6th June between 11am and 1pm.
Asda Food Drive – 6th – 8th May
On behalf of the Penryn and Falmouth Foodbank, an enormous thank you to everyone who very kindly donated food at the Asda Food Collection on 6th – 8th May 2022. A staggering 1,797.85 kg of food was given, which will provide 60 families with 3 days of food. It was a wonderful success.
Here is an update for this week of the items which are most needed:

GENERALLY NEEDED
- Brown Rice
- Brown Pasta
- Sweets
- Wet Cat Food
- Toilet Rolls
- Baby Bubble Bath
- Tinned Fruit
- Meat Balls
- Tinned Custard
- Sugar
- Fruit Squash
- Tinned Carrots
- Tinned Potatoes
- Dry Pasta Meals
- Pot Noodles
If you would like to drop off donations, here is a reminder of the local drop-off points:
- Asda (ONLY PURCHASES BOUGHT INSTORE PLEASE)
- Tesco Metro (ONLY PURCHASES BOUGHT INSTORE PLEASE)
- Natural Store
- Co-op Boslowick
- Poundland
And you can also drop off items directly to us at the Foodbank on Mondays between 10am and 1pm and on Thursdays from 2pm until 4pm.
