This week, DWELL with Acorns will be CLOSED – as we focus on moving the Foodbank distribution into the cafe.
This is such an important part of our project (what it’s all about really!)
So we are taking our time, to make sure everything is working smoothly and that we have a robust safe guarding process in place, before we add in our wider opening plans.
Dwell with Acorns, will be returning for two sessions a week, but we are considering which sessions these will be.
Around this, will be other ‘Simply Dwell’ opening hours, where we will operate as a full cafe/restaurant, with new extended menu and our regular opportunities to play and connect, but without the craft, sensory play and parachute /song time – we associate with Acorns!
We also have many more exciting development plans to reveal as we build, so please continue to watch this space!!
Many thanks – the Dwell team!

WELCOME TO CORNWALL – but it might not be the one you see on TV…
The fact that Cornwall is the second poorest region in northern Europe will pass most holidaymakers by.
Join Penzance poet, Gray Lightfoot, with the help of Kate Barden and Robert Erskine, for a short play for voices called SEA FEAR (taken from Gray’s poem of the same name) which imagines a conversation, high up on Carn Brea, between a poet and a young Redruth woman whose children have never seen the sea.
Hear more of Gray’s poems about issues of second homes, lack of housing and decent jobs, deserted villages and over-tourism.
Two short stories, written by Ross James and Catherine Leyshon, both set in Camborne will also be performed.
Tickets are free but limited, available on our Ticket Tailor site: www.tickettailor.com/events/kresenkernow/1216308
