Chaplaincy Service

We provide a Chaplaincy Service for students and staff at University College Falmouth and the University of Exeter in Cornwall. Our aim is to offer resources to meet the spiritual and religious needs of students and staff.

There’s a quiet room where people can pray and reflect, and take time out from the hustle and bustle of university life.

There are many reasons why people visit the Chaplaincy: family bereavement, feeling down, wanting answers, researching class projects… Whatever the reason, the Chaplaincy Team are on hand to deal with any questions students or staff may have.

The Chaplaincy Team try to be open and honest at all times, something that the people that use our service appreciate. One student commented:

”She answered all my questions, and wasn’t trying to bombard me with ‘this is the right faith and those are wrong’. She gave me the information I wanted and let me make my own mind up. She was so welcoming – I’m definitely going back.“
